On Saturday, 14 April, Rome experienced the pure, unadulterated energy of its first E-Prix, the world championship devoted to electric-powered cars, played out exclusively on city circuits - and at 2.7 km, Rome’s EUR district circuit is one of the longest this season.
Monograno Felicetti took part in this unique event alongside Chef Fabio Campoli, who chose to partner the pasta factory for its first-rate creations. For the occasion, we served around 400 pasta dishes at the Emotion VIP Gourmet Area, especially “Il Cappelli” Mezze Maniche, Matt Fusilloni and Kamut® Khorasan Chiocciole.
The event’s outstanding success reflects the positive approach towards this “clean” technology adopted by racing enthusiasts and everyday citizens alike. Our inherent life and work philosophy is rooted in a profound respect for nature, which provides Monograno Felicetti with one of its most precious ingredients: pure spring water.
