Once again, Monograno Felicetti has chosen to partner Summa 2018, an event promoting the best wines in the world. Held on 14 and 15 April in the picturesque settings of Casòn Hirschprunn and of the historical halls of Tòr Löwengang in Magrè, Bolzano, this event is very different from other more worldly wine-related ones.
As part of the programme dedicated to the pleasures of the table, visitors at Summa were able to savour dishes prepared by Chef Alessandro Gilmozzi of the El Molin restaurant in Cavalese, Trento, who, for the occasion, interpreted the Matt Spaghettoni and "Il Cappelli" Mezze Maniche pasta formats in original recipes conceived to enhance the qualities of two profoundly Italian wheat varieties.
The ongoing, 9-year partnership between Monograno Felicetti and Summa is based on a common, deep-seated commitment to environmental protection, a philosophy that forms the leitmotiv of this entire green event.
The Pasta Factory and the South Tyrolean event also share a strong connection with the local territory, whose distinctive characteristics are reflected and enhanced by its outstanding produce.
